Subscriptions
UK RALLY  aim to delivery the complementary DVD  within 28 working days from date of order unless notified on product information.
Orders maybe delayed, if products are not available and UK RALLY  will not be responsible for any delays. Customers will be e-mailed regarding any possible delay and given the option of cancelling the order.
If you are e-mailing UK RALLY  regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote order number, date of order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay.
Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of despatch from the UK RALLY  Store.
Fulfilment of orders and payment
Arts Interactive Ltd shall fulfil all UK RALLY Subscription orders only.

Arts Interactive Ltd will ensure payment is taken in full and this will correspond with the customers invoice and order place on the website.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please note that no refunds are available for subscriptions.
Payment
Payment can only be accepted by credit cards placed on the website.
Any discrepancies should be e-mailed to UK RALLY  immediately and will be rectified if found to be valid.
A copy of your invoice will be despatched with the goods ordered.
