DULUX TRADE BRC ONE MAKE & SUPPORT SERIES

The Dulux Trade MSA British Rally Championship has attracted four cracking one make series allowing competitors to choose the right level in which to compete.

An excellent first step up from the championship’s national support series, the BRC Challenge, is the Swift Sport Cup. The winner of the BRCC even gets free entries on the following year’s Dulux Trade BRC in the R1 class, the same class in which the Swifts run making a seamless move from National to International.

R2 has two one make series offering both the Fiesta SportTrophy (using the new R2 Fiesta) and the Citroën Sporting Trophy (using the Citroën C2R2 Max), while it is still possible to contest the FST in an older R3 Fiesta, giving flexibility for those on a budget.

The Mitsubishi Ralliart Evolution Challenge is up there with the top R4 cars and drivers in this one make series are also likely to be vying for overall honours, but still allowing crews to choose from any of the many Lancer evolutions still homologated.

With all the one make series there is some form of additional support, ranging from dedicated websites and prize funds to full manufacturer backing.
