SUNOCO RACE FUELS

Anglo American Oil Company Ltd (AAOIL) was formed in 1999 by former race driver Anders Hildebrand. He developed the company with these aims: to supply clean burning performance fuels and oils to the racing market and improve the effectiveness of today’s engines resulting in improved engine durability and less harmful emissions into the environment.

It does.

His racing and – equally as important – technical experience has proven invaluable in the successful expansion of AAOIL.

The company is the distributor of Sunoco Race Fuels in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. AAOIL supplies Sunoco as the control fuel for, among others, the British Rally Championship, the Avon Tyres British GT Championship, the Cooper Tires British F3 International, Radical UK Cup and SPEED Sports Prototype Series.

AAOIL was instrumental in organising the 2010 Sunoco Rolex 24 At Daytona Challenge. This saw racer Derek Johnston win a coveted seat with top-flight team Doran Racing at the Rolex 24 January 30th-31st 2010. The Challenge is on for the 2011 Rolex 24; full details to be announced.

Based in Dorset – with depot and mixing facilities off  the M4 in Berkshire – AAOIL’s team is skilled in all aspects of race fuel preparation and delivery, whether trackside or to other locations, and in giving support and advice.

AAOIL also supplies ASPEN and EcoPar fuels from Sweden. Very popular in Europe, these fuels are designed for use in environmentally-sensitive areas, such as forests, farms, orchards, lakes and gardens, in chainsaws, strimmers, tractors and boats.
