Overview of the event
This compact event offers over 95 miles of classic North Yorkshire stages.

International Rally Yorkshire will returns to the popular seaside resort of Scarborough in 2012. The rally will start from West Quay on Scarboroughs seafront on the Friday night where fans will get chance to get up close to the cars and receive autographs from their favourite drivers. Friday night stages will be a feature of the event before the crews head into the Great Yorkshire forests of Dalby, Cropton and Langdale on Saturday.

Centralised servicing will be based at Adderstone in Dalby and the final round of the Championship will see the 2012 crowned back in Scarbourgh to a fan fair return to West Pier.

Spectator Information

Much of the information required by spectators, such as an outline schedule, overview maps and accommodation details, is contained in the event’s Rally Guide 1, which can be downloaded by clicking the link above.

Rally Guide 1 is a planning guide and is produced several months ahead of the event, so details are subject to change closer to the date of the rally.

All the events in the Dulux Trade MSA British Rally Championship produce a spectator programme or rally pack and passes, which in most cases are available to order online for delivery about a week before the rally. This is to allow the organisers to include last minute changes, maps and entry lists where possible.

In some cases the programmes are only available to purchase in or around rally HQ, close to the rally itself, so Rally Guide 1 is an essential supplement to the souvenir programme. Please keep an eye on the events’ own websites for programme pre-booking details or locations of where they can be purchased.

Most importantly please help support the events by buying a programme and help keep them safe by sticking to recommended spectator areas. And if you want to be close to the action and be part of the team, you could always volunteer to marshal.
